Der Tagungsband zum VI. Rechtshistorikertag im Ostseeraum vom 3. bis 5. Juni 2010 in Tartu (Estland) und Riga (Lettland) dokumentiert die Einheit und Vielfalt in der Rechtsgeschichte. Die Beiträge umfassen die gesamte Spannbreite der neuzeitlichen Rechtsgeschichte von der Privatrechtsgeschichte über die Verfassungsgeschichte bis hin zur Justiz- und Wissenschaftsgeschichte. The proceedings of the 6th conference in legal history in the Baltic Sea area from 3rd to 5th June 2010 in Tartu (Estonia) and Riga (Latvia) focus an the Unity and Plurality in the Legal History. The articles cover the whole range of modern legal history from the history of private law to the history of constitutional law to the history of courts and legal scholarship.
