Tusinschi), First Public Prosecutor in Romanian Cernauti, published books, brochures and articles about historical and legal topics. In this volume, for the first time, his entire pre-1942 oeuvre is faithfully reprinted in its original Romanian and occasionally French language. Additionally featuring reprints of several Romanian-language texts by Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski (Dimitrie Tusinschi), First President of the Cernauti Court of Appeal. Constantin Ritter von Tuschinski: Dr. Constantin Ritter von Tuschinski (1905-1984) studied law in Cernauti and Paris, and ultimately became First Public Prosecutor in Romanian Cernauti until 1944. Afterwards, he relocated to Sighisoara where he practised as an attorney, and, from the late 1960s, additionally became known as a writer of one act theatre plays. Constantin D. Tusinschi: Dr. Constantin D. Tusinschi (1905-1984) a studiat dreptul la Cernauti si Paris, iar in cele din urma a devenit avocat public principal in Cernauti pana in 1944. Ulterior, s-a mutat la Sighisoara, unde a profesat ca avocat. De la sfarsitul anilor 1960, Tusinschi a devenit cunoscut si ca scriitor de piese de teatru intr-un act. Alexander Tuschinski: Alexander Tuschinski was born in Germany in 1988. He studied Audiovisual Media as well as history and literature in Stuttgart, Germany. He has directed award-winning films of various genres and types.
