Rezension

«The higher education landscape is very complex, and Sasso and DeVitis provide a primer on today’s college students that has great breadth and depth. Higher education professionals and anyone with an interest in contemporary post-secondary education will appreciate this rich exploration of student identity, diversity, equity, and campus life.» (Scott C. Brown, PhD, Associate Vice President and Dean of Students, Colgate University) «Students in our colleges and universities bring a rich diversity to the learning environment. Sasso and DeVitis offer a broad look into the diverse populations participating in higher education today by laying a framework for how to best serve our students’ individual learning needs in and outside the classroom. Their focus on each population is especially useful for educators and student affairs practitioners. It is through understanding our students that we build success for them as well as for our institutions.» (Ellen J. Neufeldt, Vice President for Student Engagement and Enrollment Services, Old Dominion University)
