Die Autorin: Sabine Hahn, Jahrgang 1972, studierte nach einer handwerklichen Ausbildung zur Buchbinderin Kunstpädagogik und Französisch. Ihre großen Leidenschaften für Bücher & für Hockey ließen die Kinderbuch-Reihe der Hockey-Kids entstehen, die die Halbfranzösin ebenfalls illustriert hat. Seit dem Erscheinen des ersten Bandes 2014 ist sie mit den Hockey-Kids international unterwegs zu Lesungen in Sport-Clubs und Schulen, um Kindern diese wunderbare Randsportart näherzubringen. Ebenfalls erschienen sind bereits weitere Bände dieser Kinderbuch-Reihe sowie einige Mitmachbücher wie "Die WORLD Hockey-Kids".
