This is the second comprehensive study on Triviidae since Cate's (1979) famous 'Review'. This volume descroes two new genera but especially species from the central Indo-Pacific, Pacific and SW Indian Ocean that are new to science. Almost all new taxa are from deep sea down to 1000 m.
