Beschreibung
This book is an introduction to the practice of Biomechanical Stimulation (BMS) - from the beginning to the end of the 20th century.
The title “Optimization of the human being” refers to the fact that existing, but not usable by conventional means, physical and mental reserves can be opened using the BMS.
In 1986 appear the book ' biomechanical stimulation: Reality and hopes ' (in Russian). 10 years later, in 1996, the author shows in this book that hopes in the possibilities of the BMS at that time were not only fulfilled, but were excelled.
The BMS opens up a completely new field for health, training, rehabilitation, cosmetics and much more.
It is based on a completely new understanding of blood circulation and muscle activity, a correction of the current doctrine of the physiology.
Numerous examples show the possibilities and benefits of the BMS for daily life.
