Beschreibung
In the discussion about sustainability as the goal of a major transformation, migration, flight and their causes are usually addressed only indirectly. Yet they are an expression of global and unsustainable developments. Transformation therefore also means understanding migration not as a crisis phenomenon, but as permanently and socially sustainably relevant. Social work can make an important contribution here: it recognizes, deals with and overcomes social problems. This volume brings together findings from research projects that take a subjective and participatory perspective on areas of tension in transformation. The authors formulate the requirements of institutional transformation and critically examine approaches to transformative educational research.
