Language Contact Around the Globe

This volume unites papers delivered at the (LCTG3) at the University of Greifswald in 2011. It deals with contact-induced change, linguistic borrowing, code-switching, transcultural literacy, multilingualism in public space as well as language attitudes and linguistic power.

Amei Koll-Stobbe holds the Chair in English Linguistics at the University of Greifswald (Germany). Sebastian Knospe is a lecturer and researcher at the Chair in English Linguistics at the University of Greifswald.
