The author obtain BSc and MSc Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University and University of Lagos respective. He is registered as valuer with the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board and presently he work with The Federal Polytechnic Offa as a lecturer in Department of Estate Management.
